Some details missing
Jackson now embarked on a tour with Linda Ronstadt. It is often reported that they alternated as opening act for each other. Many of the shows below have Linda Ronstadt confirmed; some do not. But it is assumed that she did in fact participate. Rolling Stone has a date for Ronstadt alone on January 17 in Cheney, WA - this remains unconfirmed. There is a break in the tour at the end of January and shows appear to resume in February. Whether details are missing or not is unknown. A few shows at the end of the tour seem to have anomalous dates and there may well be several missing e.g. San Jose Performing Arts Center. It is thought that Jackson and David Lindley made a guest appearance at a concert by Orleans in Syracuse, NY on March 6.  Band: Jackson Browne (vocals, guitars); David Lindley (guitars, violin); Larry Zack (drums); Doug Haywood (bass); Jai Winding (keyboards)

some details missing
In the Fall of 1974 Jackson began a tour with Bonnie Raitt opening on most dates although Wendy Waldman did substitute at some. Most of the dates below come from Rolling Stone Calendar. Bonnie Raitt's itinerary differed slightly as she played a few odd dates independently and there are some that may well have been with Jackson but remain unconfirmed. There was a full itinerary in Rolling Stone - the issue dated November 7 - but there is cotradictory evidence for a handful of shows. Band: Jackson Browne (vocals, guitars); David Lindley (guitars, violin); Larry Zack (drums); Doug Haywood (bass); Jai Winding (keyboards)
